Borrower onboarding
Goal: To help borrowers better understand the next steps in the application process, and give them a smoother entry into the online application.
Currently in beta with 5 customers.
If the borrower chooses "I'm just thinking about buying," we have them fill out some initial information so the lender can reach out to start discussions about budget, shopping, pre-approval, etc.
If the borrower chooses any of the other 3 options, we take them directly to a milestones page that outlines, at a high-level, some of the next steps in the process.
